Out In The Sun? Cover Up!

As the weather heats up, year after year dermatologists reiterate the importance of skin protection. Make sure the sunscreen product has both UVB and UVA protection, dermatologists say.

About one ounce of sunscreen should be applied 30 minutes before going outside and reapplied every two hours.
